1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Street Gallery app or website ("Street Gallery", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. What Street Gallery is
Street Gallery is a free, ad-supported app for discovering and sharing street art, street food, and non-ticketed performances. Content is submitted by users and businesses, not curated by Street Gallery before it appears.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for the activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. User-generated content
When you post a photo, description, or other content, you keep ownership of it, but grant Street Gallery a license to display, distribute, and (where relevant) feature it — including in the website's public spotlight. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to share what you post, and that it doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Posting content that is illegal, hateful, or violent
- Posting sexually explicit content
- Impersonating another person or business
- Harassing other users
- Posting spam, promotion, or content unrelated to street art, food, or performances
- Submitting false reports or manipulating the reporting system
6. Reporting & moderation
Users can report content that violates these terms. Reports are reviewed by Street Gallery admins, who may remove content or take other action at their discretion.
7. Business listings
Businesses appearing in the app may be added by users or claimed by their owners. Claiming a business requires verification. Street Gallery is not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted business information.
8. Ads & donations
Street Gallery is supported by in-app advertising. A one-off donation removes ads for the donor going forward; it does not entitle the donor to any other service or feature, and is not a recurring subscription.
9. Disclaimers
Street Gallery doesn't verify that street art, food vendors, or performances shown in the app still exist, are safe, or are accurately described. Use your own judgment when visiting locations you find through the app. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Street Gallery after a change means you accept the updated terms.
